- Provided strategic assistance to a national non profit in its promotion and implementation of a national green building program.
- Principal strategic advisor, over 12 year period, to two national non-profit environmental health organizations. Provided weekly strategic and technical assistance, serving a sounding board for Executive Director and senior advisor to staff.
- Facilitated non-profit organizational transition and creation of for-profit small business subsidiary on behalf of The National Center for Healthy Housing.
- Strategic advisor to the Asthma Regional Council of New England. Guided start up activities, secured core funding (over $800,000), hired key staff, and developed evaluation measures.
